  Honestly this is the first time I've ever felt rating /writing a review was necessary...I've been working in the restaurant business for 8 years and in my opinion this location needs a complete over haul for kitchen and staff.
  
  Once we were seated I observed what seemed like the whole staff congregating around the bar, drinking, some appeared to be off the clock others not. My family and I came in tonight for a light dinner, we only order one salad bar, two bowls of soup and a kids chocolate sundae. We were greeted by the bartender as it was around 9pm and I assume since they close at 11pm she was the only one still on to serve, she was polite and we got our drinks quickly and ordered. Didn't catch her name. No name tag.
  
  The salad bar did not look appetizing, it all looked wilted, dry, and just not fresh. Disappointing as that the only reason I wanted to go there. All the plates looked like they needed to be ran thru the dishwasher again (I had an old mushroom stuck to the bottom of my first plate) after returning to the table we waited 20 mins just to get the rest of our food! (Two soups & Kid's ice cream) AND ONLY THE SOUPS CAME OUT?? like what...we had to ask the bartender for the ice cream again and it took an additional 5 mins for the ice cream to come to the table. The soup was mediocre and topped with some low quality cheddar cheese. I didn't finish my soup.
  
  After reading the past reviews and seeing this wasn't just a bad night on their part and it seems this location has had some issues, I felt that giving my honest review was justified. I'm a server myself and try to understand & not be too critical when I'm the guest but my experience tonight needed to be shared for anyone thinking of dinning here. Having cooks outside of the kitchen watching sports and hanging out while the staff is at the bar rail isn't acceptable. The manager seemed more worried about hanging out with the staff then what was going on in their restaurant.

  We were super extremely disappointed with the food and service at this one of the last Ruby Tuesday locations in Minnesota.
  
  At this point we will not be returning to any Ruby Tuesday locations.
  
  We use to go to Ruby Tuesdays two to three times a week.
  
  I believe the way this location is operated negatively effected all the other higher functioning locations that were sacrificed to save this location.
  
  We traveled over 25 miles to come to this location only to be served the wrong food and over cooked food followed by undef cooked food.
  
  The salad bar prep table looked to be in serious need of repairs and the over all appearance of the restaurant was very dingy.
  
  The waiter was very inattentive as was the so called manager on duty.
  
  I sure wish they would have sacrificed this location and left the Champlin stand alone location open.
