  Terrible service, we totally understood they were busy but it's not it for waiting our food for 2 hours since our waitress took order. She even checked our drinks for every half hour and we double checked with her what's going on our food after an hour and half but she never came back. After 2 hours we drank beers only and the manager came to our table and he apologized that's all he has got and we had to left because our order never told in the kitchen for 2 hours. Even the manager said it's gonna be free but it seemed like they were waiting for we are leaving. That would been little bit better that server made apologies to us but never seen her either. Worst restaurant experience ever in US.

  Bdubs is always my go-to spot, but tonight is was especially different. We arrived at around 6:30 on boneless Thursday. (We knew it was going to be busy, & expected to wait around 15 min for a seat) We got a table in about 10 min & a server game up to us promptly & took our order. After about 30-40 minutes of waiting for our food, the server comes back to us & proceeded to tell us that one of the sandwiches that we ordered had been burnt, & she would take of off the bill. I appreciated that she told us what had happened, but I wish she had told us somewhat sooner. I work in fast food so I understand what can happen. Not a horrible experience, but, not fun either :(
