  My family and I came here today and we weren't pleased with the customer service. It wasn't great. We had to wait a long time for our appetizers because the waiter forgot to put it in. We got our order and it was wrong but that wasn't a big deal. Just all the waiting time. None of us never got a refill. My husband was drinking out of my cup. We were never asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. There was another customer waiting a long time to make his payment too and he didn't look happy. Overall the food was good they just need to work on their customer service. This isn't the first time this happened at this location.

  Not too busy weekdays, even around dinner rush. Good happy hour drink deals: $3 tap beer, $3 TKO punch, and $3 Shark Bites. Great Balls of Fire is a good appetizer - cream cheese, crab, and jalapenos balled up and fried. Delicious! Avoid the seafood gumbo - there is very little seafood in it.

  Love this place! Great service, great food! The only negative I have is that i wish they would de-vein the shrimp.
