- 1 / 5By Collette DavisMy sister and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott this past Saturday night. We had a free nights stay as a prize from a past fundraiser. The room was just okay and it did NOT come with a continental breakfast even though it was supposed to be a Suite. When we left on Sunday morning, we took the "complimentary" bottle of Fuji water. The next day I found that my card had been charged $6.00 for the water. When I called to question the charge, Norma, the receptionist swore that the stickers on the bottle say that the water is not free. I still have the bottle - no sticker. I realize it's only 6 bucks, but it's the principal of the thing. No one likes to be charged for hidden costs. I have spoken to two other managers, Ryan and April, who said they would reverse the charges, but still not done. Never going there again!August 22, 2016
